Get Started
STEP 1:
After reading the Food Trucks, Food Carts and Getting Started Pages, go to the Request A Quote page and fill in your information – it only takes 5 minutes. This informs us of the cooking appliances and menu you currently have in mind. From here we can estimate the space size you will need and understand your appliance weight and power load requirements. Hit the SUBMIT button when complete. Your NMK file is now started. Helpful resources, guidance and preliminary budget planning information will be sent to you soon. This will come in the form of the appliance worksheet and food truck customer information form.
STEP 2:
After filling in your appliance worksheet please email it back to NMK for review and then give us a call to discuss your project.
Now that you have an idea of how NMK functions, and you’ve carefully described your goals, you’ll be pleased to see how much planning we can do in a short 10-15 minute phone conversation.
STEP 3:
We are now ready to enter into the design phase and budget projection together. Detailed plans and specifications are included in your outfitting contract. Food Trucks typically take 12 weeks for completion, and 11 weeks for Food Carts.

CHEAP VS SMART
NMKs FOOD TRUCKS and FOOD CART TRAILERS are not as cheap as the used market variety – However, they do cost less to own and operate over time and your first-time customers won’t have reason to be wary about trying your food. Can you really afford cheap?
