Northwest Mobile Kitchens provides affordable Food Truck and Food Cart Oufitting with a unique fusion of mechanical design, craftmanship and culinary knowledge.

NMK's Food Carts are custom created by a talented team of skilled Craftsmen, Chef and Kitchen Designers with many years of Culinary, Architectural and Project Management experience. Northwest Mobile Kitchens is located in the heart of Portland, Oregon’s Food Cart scene.

STEP 1:

After reading the FOOD TRUCKS, FOOD CARTS AND GETTING STARTED pages, go to the REQUEST A QUOTE page and fill in your information with as much detail as possible. This informs us of the cooking appliances you currently have in mind. From here we can estimate the space size you will need and understand your appliance weight and power load requirements. Hit the SEND button when complete. Your NMK file is now started. Helpful resource information and a preliminary quote will be sent to you soon.

STEP 2:

Call or email to make an appointment to visit one of NMK's operating Food Carts or Food Trucks in Portland.
If NMK's Design Plans are needed for your Business Loan application or Health Department, we provide a set of 6 drawings for a Deposit fee to be credited toward your future Food Cart/Truck purchase.

STEP 3:

Place your order for a Custom Designed Food Cart or Food Truck with a 50% deposit. Detailed specs and design plans are included in your Outfitting Contract. The final 50% is due C.O.D. upon completion. Allow 12 weeks for completion of Food Trucks and 11 weeks for completion of Food Carts.
